1. Acceptance
By using Comminxy, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Comminxy is a communication platform for couples. It is not a therapy or mental health service.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and maintain account security.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us. See our Delete Your Account page for details.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Abuse or harm others
- Violate laws
- Attempt to hack the system
5. User Conduct & Content
Comminxy has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By using the app, you agree not to send or share content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.
You can report a message and block/unlink from another user at any time within the app. We review reports and may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
6. AI Features
- AI suggestions are automated
- Not professional advice
- May be inaccurate
Assumption of Risk: You use AI features at your own risk and discretion.
7. Your Content
You retain ownership of your content. We process content only to provide the service.
8. Partner Linking
Pairing requires mutual consent. Either partner can disconnect at any time.
9. Calls
Voice/video calls are peer-to-peer and not recorded.
10. Pricing
Currently free. Paid plans may be introduced in the future with advance notice.
11. Disclaimers
Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of AI suggestions
- Relationship outcomes
- Continuous availability
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for relationship outcomes, emotional harm, or decisions based on AI. Liability is limited to the amount paid (or INR 100 if free).
13. Termination
Accounts may be terminated for violations of these Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
15. Changes
We will notify users of updates to these Terms in advance.
